Owner Dave Rupp
With a degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA, Dave learned design and manufacturing with stints in the medical and bike industry before he invented Drift boards and launched Drift in 2016. Dave wears multiple hats as owner but product design, develop, and testing are his favorite.

A dedicated husband and father, Dave enjoys mountain biking and fly fishing when the snow has melted and he has a few spare minutes. Dave is all smiles all the time and has an uncanny ability to go fast and big on anything that slides on water  or rolls on wheels.

Former ski racer Brooke is the other half of the Drift duo. With years of Silicon Valley experience, Brooke  is a business whiz and finance guru who also wears a lot of hats but mainly holds down the fort as CFO.

Brooke is an expert vegan cook, an all-star Mother of four, a best friend to everyone she meets, and one of those rare individuals who is just as talented with art as she is with numbers.

Brigham is the newest addition to the Drift crew. He fell in love with snowboarding at age 12 and paid for college working in the local shop. After a decade teaching high school in the Arizona desert, Brigham moved back to snow and became near addicted to the backcountry, likely spending more time on Drift boards in the last couple seasons than anyone else on the planet.

Brigham has had a huge hand in product development, marketing, and sales, and loves working on anything with words, photos, and videos. His title is Brand Manager but he happily does whatever Brooke and Dave need.
